Timely and quality documentation experience with EHRs.Strong communication skills, comfort communicating with patients and providers.
Polished in written/verbal communication.Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health (severely mentally ill to substance abuse) and psychiatric medications.Additional coordination with Marketing and Access teams to ensure efficient practice operations. Assist our team of Nurse Practitioners with workflow, daily task needs.Communicate with Brave Health patients, answer patient questions.Submit labs and ensure timely receipt of lab results.Handle online pre-authorizations with insurance companies for medication authorizations.This individual will work remotely, full-time 40 hours per week between Monday-Friday. Brave Health currently provides outpatient telehealth care in twelve states and will continue to expand throughout 2022 and beyond. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Coordinator to join our team to support our medication management team, and maintain patient satisfaction and quality of care. Through telehealth services we are able to reach those in need who may not have access to treatment in an office setting. Brave Health utilizes the power of technology to expand access to high quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
